Something about me
I am excited to bring you Coastal Pine Pilates and Wellness, right from my home here in Portland, Maine!
I’m a certified pilates instructor and health coach with a Bachelors degree in Kinesiology. I look forward to working with clients from all different backgrounds and abilities.
My introduction to Pilates began several years ago while training for a half marathon. As a former competitive gymnast, I was looking for a form of exercise that demanded the mind/body connection that gymnastics provided me for many years. I quickly found that when performed correctly through proper body alignment and precise movement, Pilates could be extremely challenging and equally soothing to the body and mind.
I truly believe a Pilates program can benefit each person both physically and mentally. I am excited to introduce it as a compliment to any fitness regimen.
Outside of teaching, I am an avid runner, occasional rock climber, and passionate paddleboarder. In the summer months, you can find me outside on the water.

Private and Group Virtual Sessions
Private sessions will cater towards your own personal goals and what your body needs. Sessions are 55 minutes.
Small group sessions range from 30-50 minutes. We like to keep the class size small so you still get individualized attention!
Private and Group In-Person Sessions
Private and group in- person sessions are offered if you are local to Portland, Maine! Just check the schedule tab for my in-person classes or reach out via e-mail to schedule private sessions.
